NodeFlow Platform End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of NodeFlow Platform, including its software components, plugins, addons, server components, data processing tools, documentation, and related technologies (“Platform”).
By installing, activating, accessing, or using NodeFlow Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not use NodeFlow Platform.

2. Definition of NodeFlow Platform

NodeFlow Platform is a software ecosystem designed for processing, converting, and automating workflows involving digital 3D assets and related data.
The Platform may include:
  • NodeFlow Plugin for 3ds Max;
  • NodeFlow Addon for Blender;
  • NodeFlow Platform server components;
  • internal software services;
  • web interfaces;
  • documentation;
  • other related software components.
NodeFlow Platform may be modified, updated, expanded, or improved as the product evolves.

3. Developers and Rights Holders

NodeFlow Platform is developed and maintained by the NodeFlow Platform development team.
Rights to the software, source code, algorithms, architecture, data processing methods, internal technologies, and other intellectual property elements belong to the respective rights holders and contributors according to internal agreements between the project participants.
For the purposes of this End User License Agreement, licensing activities, including granting users the right to use NodeFlow Platform, are administered by Individual Entrepreneur Evgeny Vitalyevich Litvyakov on behalf of the NodeFlow Platform rights holders and in accordance with internal project agreements.
This Agreement does not transfer, modify, or limit the rights of project participants established by internal agreements.


4. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use NodeFlow Platform.
The license is granted:
  • only for the duration of the purchased subscription period;
  • only for authorized users;
  • only within the functionality and limitations of the selected subscription plan.
This Agreement does not constitute a sale of the software.
All ownership rights to NodeFlow Platform remain with the respective rights holders.

5. License Restrictions

The user may not:
  • copy NodeFlow Platform or any of its components;
  • distribute the software;
  • transfer the license to third parties;
  • sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Platform;
  • modify the source code or create derivative versions;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software;
  • analyze the internal architecture for the purpose of creating a competing solution;
  • extract algorithms, methods, protocols, or technical principles used by the Platform;
  • bypass technical limitations;
  • bypass licensing or activation mechanisms;
  • use NodeFlow Platform to develop a competing product or service;
  • perform automated mass access to Platform services without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to NodeFlow Platform belong to the respective rights holders.
Such intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:
  • source code;
  • object code;
  • algorithms;
  • data processing and analysis methods;
  • software architecture;
  • server technologies;
  • internal data formats;
  • interfaces;
  • documentation;
  • trademarks and branding elements;
  • know-how and proprietary technologies.
Use of NodeFlow Platform does not transfer any ownership rights to the user.

7. User Data and Processing Results

Users retain ownership of all files and digital assets submitted or processed through NodeFlow Platform.
User content may include:
  • 3D scenes;
  • models;
  • textures;
  • materials;
  • project files;
  • other digital assets.
NodeFlow Platform provides technical tools for processing user-provided data.
Any output generated from user content belongs to the user unless otherwise agreed separately.
However, all algorithms, software methods, technologies, and components used by NodeFlow Platform remain the exclusive property of the respective rights holders.

8. Subscription and License Activation

Access to certain features of NodeFlow Platform may require a subscription license.
The license period, available features, and usage limitations are determined by the selected subscription plan.
NodeFlow Platform may use technical mechanisms to verify license validity and prevent unauthorized use.

9. Beta Features

Certain features of NodeFlow Platform may be provided as Beta features.
The user acknowledges that Beta features:
  • may contain errors;
  • may operate with limitations;
  • may be modified or removed;
  • may not provide final functionality.
Use of Beta features is at the user’s own risk.

10. Updates and Modifications

NodeFlow Platform may provide updates, improvements, patches, and new versions.
Updates may:
  • modify functionality;
  • improve performance;
  • fix errors;
  • change system requirements.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

NodeFlow Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holders do not guarantee:
  • uninterrupted operation;
  • complete absence of errors;
  • compatibility with all third-party software versions;
  • identical conversion results in every situation.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their original files and data.

12. Termination of License

The license granted under this Agreement terminates:
  • when the subscription period expires;
  • if the user violates this Agreement;
  • if unauthorized use or licensing bypass is detected;
  • if the Platform is used unlawfully.
Upon termination, the user must stop using NodeFlow Platform.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Users located in other jurisdictions retain any mandatory rights granted by applicable local laws.

14. Changes to This Agreement

The rights holders may update this Agreement as NodeFlow Platform evolves.
The latest version will be published on the official NodeFlow Platform website.
