Terms of Service for NodeFlow Platform

Welcome to NodeFlow Platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NodeFlow Platform software, website, plugins, applications, APIs, conversion services, and related technologies ("Platform", "Service").

By accessing or using NodeFlow Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

NodeFlow Platform is a software ecosystem designed for processing, conversion, and workflow automation of digital 3D assets.

The Platform may include:

- 3ds Max plugins;

- Blender add-ons;

- server-side processing systems;

- conversion tools;

- APIs;

- web interfaces;

- documentation;

- related software components.

NodeFlow Platform may be updated, modified, expanded, or discontinued partially or completely as the product evolves.

Access to certain NodeFlow Platform features may be restricted until required account verification has been completed, including verification of the user’s email address.

When creating an account, you agree to:

- provide accurate information;

- keep your account credentials secure;

- not share access to your account with third parties;

- notify us about unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

Certain features of NodeFlow Platform may be provided on a paid basis.

Users may have access to a free tier (Free) with a limited number of conversions. Paid subscription plans, additional conversion packages, and special access conditions may also be available.

Current plan names, prices, conversion limits, subscription periods, and other applicable restrictions are published on the official NodeFlow Platform website.

A paid subscription becomes active immediately after successful payment unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

When the same plan is purchased or renewed, the newly purchased subscription period is added to the remaining period of the existing subscription.

Users may have multiple subscription plans of different levels active at the same time. Purchasing a higher-tier plan does not cancel or shorten the remaining period of an already paid lower-tier plan.

For example, when upgrading from Profi to Studio, the remaining Profi subscription period is preserved. Studio becomes active immediately and is used first. Once the available daily Studio limit has been exhausted, available Profi conversions may be used.

When multiple conversion sources are available to a user at the same time, they are used in the following order:

Having a higher-tier subscription does not automatically cancel or terminate other active paid subscription periods.

When a higher-tier subscription expires, the user automatically continues using the next available active subscription.

NodeFlow Platform may offer additional Extra conversion packages.

Extra conversions:

Any remaining Extra conversions are preserved after paid subscriptions expire and may be used later.

Selected users may receive temporary Beta Access providing an additional free daily conversion allowance.

Beta Access operates independently from any paid subscriptions purchased by the user and does not extend their subscription periods.

When Beta Access and a paid subscription are available simultaneously, the available Beta Access allowance is used first. Active paid subscription limits are then used according to the established order of conversion usage.

When Beta Access ends, any unused daily Beta Access allowance ceases to be available. Paid subscriptions and Extra conversions purchased by the user remain available until their respective expiration or until consumed.

NodeFlow Platform may change plan prices, features, limits, and Service conditions. Such changes will not shorten an already paid subscription period or reduce a previously purchased Extra balance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The current terms and price of a specific plan are displayed to the user before payment.

You may use NodeFlow Platform only for lawful purposes and according to these Terms.

You agree not to:

- copy, modify, or distribute the Platform;

- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;

- bypass technical limitations or usage restrictions;

- attempt to access internal systems without authorization;

- create competing services based on analysis of the Platform;

- share subscription access with unauthorized users;

- abuse conversion limits or server resources.

This Section is subject to Section 6 (Open-Source Components).

Certain components of NodeFlow Platform are distributed as free and open-source software under their respective licences.

In particular, the NodeFlow Platform add-ons for Blender are distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later). This applies both to add-ons distributed through the official NodeFlow Platform website and to add-ons distributed through third-party extension platforms.

For such components:

The distributed package may also contain unmodified third-party programs or other third-party components. Such components are not NodeFlow Platform code and are distributed under their respective third-party licences.

Information about such components, applicable licences, copyright notices and, where applicable, locations from which their source code may be obtained is provided in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file and/or other licence files included with the applicable distribution.

Sections 5 and 10 of these Terms continue to apply in full to all proprietary parts of NodeFlow Platform that are not distributed under an open-source licence, including:

Licensing the NodeFlow Platform add-ons for Blender under GPL-3.0-or-later does not, solely by reason of network interaction, extend that licence to separate server services, APIs, web services, or other independent proprietary components of NodeFlow Platform.

NodeFlow Platform allows users to process their own digital assets and project files.

User Content may include:

- 3D scenes;

- geometry data;

- materials;

- textures;

- project files;

- exported conversion data.

For certain operations, NodeFlow Platform may preprocess user files directly on the user’s device before any data is transmitted to NodeFlow Platform servers.

In particular, the NodeFlow Platform add-on for Blender may locally extract the contents of an archive selected by the user, analyse its structure, identify the files and data required for the requested operation, and create a separate technical package for subsequent transmission to NodeFlow Platform.

In such cases, the user’s original archive as a single file is not transmitted to NodeFlow Platform servers. Only files and data included in the generated technical package and required to perform the operation requested by the user are transmitted to the servers.

This local processing is intended to reduce the amount of data transmitted, exclude files that are not required for the requested operation, reduce transfer time, and improve processing efficiency.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By using NodeFlow Platform, you grant us a limited technical permission to process your files only for the purpose of providing the Service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

Storage and deletion.
Uploaded files and conversion results are stored only for as long as is needed to provide the Service. Your account settings include a retention period for finished jobs; when it expires, the files are removed from our servers. You may also delete a job at any time from your account or from the NodeFlow add-on. Deleted files cannot be recovered. A record of the job itself is kept after its files are removed, for statistics, billing, and

support.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights to process any files submitted through NodeFlow Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate:

- copyright;

- intellectual property rights;

- confidentiality agreements;

- third-party licences.

NodeFlow Platform does not verify ownership rights of uploaded content.

We aim to provide reliable access to NodeFlow Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may become temporarily unavailable due to:

- maintenance;

- updates;

- technical issues;

- third-party infrastructure failures.

Subject to Section 6 (Open-Source Components), all rights, title, and interest in NodeFlow Platform, including:

- software;

- source code;

- algorithms;

- architecture;

- interfaces;

- documentation;

- trademarks;

- logos;

- proprietary technologies;

remain the exclusive property of NodeFlow Platform and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding NodeFlow Platform, you allow us to use such feedback for improving and developing the Service. You do not transfer ownership of your own intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

NodeFlow Platform may use or distribute third-party software, libraries, services, or technologies together with certain components of NodeFlow Platform. Such third-party components are governed by their respective licences and terms.

The NodeFlow Platform add-on for Blender distributed through the official NodeFlow Platform website may include unmodified executable components of 7-Zip, developed by Igor Pavlov. 7-Zip is used locally on the user’s device to extract supported archives as part of preparing data for processing.

Components of 7-Zip are distributed under applicable licences, including the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), BSD licences, and the applicable unRAR restriction for relevant portions of the software.

NodeFlow Platform uses RAR functionality solely to extract data from existing RAR archives and does not use 7-Zip or unRAR code to create RAR archives.

7-Zip is third-party software and is not a NodeFlow Platform product.

Full information regarding the distributed version of 7-Zip, applicable licences, copyright notices, and source-code locations is provided in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file and applicable licence files included with the distribution.

NodeFlow Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

- the Service will always be error-free;

- conversions will always produce identical results;

- all third-party software compatibility will be maintained.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeFlow Platform shall not be liable for:

- loss of profits;

- business interruption;

- loss of data;

- indirect or consequential damages.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their original files.

We may suspend or terminate access to NodeFlow Platform if:

- these Terms are violated;

- fraudulent activity is detected;

- the Service is abused;

- unauthorized access attempts occur.

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms as NodeFlow Platform develops. The latest version will always be published on the official website. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
